On October 16, Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara will once again sponsor and participate in the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara’s Cancer Walk/Run 2016. For 24 consecutive years, the Resort has been a proud sponsor of the annual fundraising event to advance cancer research and ensure superior cancer care for all citizens of Santa Barbara County.
As participants take to the streets of Montecito for the 5K and 10K races, Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara will host an elaborate breakfast buffet at the conclusion of the Walk/Run that is served to all participants by the Resort’s employee volunteers. In addition, Four Seasons provides an in-kind donation of thousands of dollars in fundraising incentive prizes. To date, the Walk/Run has raised over $3 million in support of local cancer research and programs – with one hundred percent of the proceeds benefiting the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara.
Throughout the entire month of October, the Resort participates in fundraising efforts by offering dining and spa specials that honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month with proceeds benefiting the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara.
Drink Pink at Ty Lounge
Off the Resort Lobby, lit with glowing Italian onyx and massive hand-blown glass chandeliers, Ty Lounge invites guests to enjoy signature drinks and classic cocktails in front of the fireplace or on the ocean view terrace around the fire pit. Our Pink Drink, La Trina, combines Stolichnaya Elit vodka, lemon juice, prickly pear purée and house-made St. Germain elderflower liqueur foam that creates a perfect balance of sweet and sour.
The pink drink that was developed by award winning beverage manager, Joshua Burrey, can be enjoyed daily at Ty Lounge throughout October.
